SUSHI48 is a free game offered as-is. By playing it you agree to these terms, which are short on purpose.
The game
It costs nothing and carries no guarantee. It may be changed, moved, or switched off at any time, and scores may be reset if the rules of the game change in a way that makes old scores incomparable.
Your name on the leaderboard
Pick a name that is not offensive, and not one that impersonates somebody else. Names posted without signing in are not owned by anyone, so anybody may use any name.
Entries that are abusive, impersonating, or otherwise inappropriate may be removed without notice.
Fair play
Scores are verified: the server replays your moves to confirm the score is one a real game produced. Do not attempt to submit fabricated games, automate play, or interfere with the service for others. Entries found to be fabricated may be removed.
Artwork
The sushi artwork is by Robyn Hwang and remains hers. Do not reuse it without her permission.
No warranty
The game is provided without warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, lose data, or behave unexpectedly. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from using it. It is a sushi-themed puzzle game; please keep expectations proportionate.
